Warranty Coverage

Isuzu warrants that it will repair or replace parts found to have manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of 12 months or 100,000 km, whichever comes first (varies by model).

Eligibility for Return

• Parts must be in their original packaging and unused.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
• Original invoice must be provided.
• Electrical parts and lubricants are generally non-returnable unless found defective during initial installation by an authorized technician.

Items Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to normal aging, deterioration of parts (e.g., rubber parts), expendable service items, damage due to misuse, or lack of recommended maintenance.
